Looking back on this year, it has been hell and has literally been one of the hardest most challenging years of my life. I thank God for bringing me through it because I have learned so much, from health to relationships to family situations to work situations, I have been tried in every area I could ever imagine and yet I have still come out on top in every situation. The mental and physical strength I have gained from my life lessons and tests will forever carry me through anything. I know my good heart, hard work and positive lifestyle will pay off in everything God has for me in the future. I thank God for peace and pure happiness along with all the happiness that there is to come for me. I really look forward to everything that God has for me and everything I have created for myself in life, love and friendship. I am blessed that God has allowed me to be able to keep having this beautiful smile, spirit and ora on me. Thank y’all for my birthday wishes ❤️❤️🥹🥰 #newbeginnings #newblessings #newyear by @jasthorn24

It’s really me loving the fact that I am no longer insecure about how big my thighs look in shorts. Especially workout shorts. I really used to think I was too thick to wear shorts. Now I embrace them. #thickthighssavelives #thickwomen #fitness #fitthick by @jasthorn24

Looking like I belong here. When I’m really from Chicago ❤️ #tennessee #chicago #chicagowomen #fitness #fit #workout #fitnessmotivation by @jasthorn24

My body literally does what it wants lol just in time for winter 🙄 but we still here. It’s been a lot of ppl that has been following me since the beginning of my fitness journey and also me as a trainer. It’s been so many ups and downs that’s apart of being an adult I literally have whiplash right now! But I thank God that I am still able to focus on what I love still and will continue to get better and love the thicker fuller me 😊 #thickgirl #fitgirl #trainer #strong #strength #chicago #fitness by @jasthorn24
