A MICHELIN STAR WORK TEAM

📝 La estrella michelin danesa que se encuentra con Asia, eso es Jatak. Una barra para 10 comensales donde un amplio equipo (me sorprendió tanta gente en un espacio tan reducido) con la filosofía bastante clara: producto danés y de proximidad + técnicas y sabores asiáticos (sobretodo su manera de der cocinado y sus salsas y emplatados)
No volvería (porque en Copenhaguen se come muy bien y hay mil sitios) pero lo recomendaría 100%. Trato perfecto de todo su equipo 👏🏽

EL MENÚ:
El menú gira alrededor del concepto “Solar Menu” inspirado en las 24 microestaciones solares chinas. El menú cambia según el momento del año para trabajar los productos locales cuando están en su mejor momento, espectacular.

Back on Rantzausgade.

The team has returned from summer break, preparing the space and the kitchen for our first service tomorrow.

We return with our "Major Heat" Solar Menu, highlighting peak-summer produce at its most vibrant.

Help us help Venezuela 🖤🇻🇪

Following the devastating earthquakes in Venezuela, we at @nooncph are taking action the best way we knows how.

Instead of watching from afar in Copenhagen, we are hosting a unique charity dinner.
On Sunday, August 23rd, we will teaming up with an incredible lineup of guest chefs:

👨‍🍳 Jonathan Tam (@jtam1342 from @jatakcph

👨‍🍳 Thomas Laursen (@wildfooding

Together, they will serve up their own creative interpretations of the classic Venezuelan "arepa." To top it off, @cascatafinewines is providing the wine, and DJ Jonas Hartz (@jonashz) will be setting the vibe.
100% of the proceeds go directly to relief efforts!

Because everyone is volunteering their time and resources for free, every single crown raised goes straight to Venezuela via @redbarnetdk and @wckitechen , who are currently on the ground in Caracas, La Guaira, and Carabobo.

Price: 295 DKK (Covers your arepa feast and a glass of wine. The bar will be open all night, with dessert available as an optional add-on).
