I lost my one and only sibling yesterday, my little brother Brent. If you’re suffering and feel that you’re only solution left is to take your life, please reach out to anyone, a close friend, family member, or if you’re in the USA or any territory please call the National Suicide Hotline, 988.

It’s been a really rough past 24 hours for my mother and I, and I can only hope her heart holds through all of this. Please give your brother or sister a hug for us.

Released 15 years ago today, “Blanket of Ash” was my first attempt at blending shoegaze and electronica, and was inspired by a myriad of bands at the time. Tonight on Twitch at 8pm PST (link in bio) I’ll be sharing some memories, playing some Jatun tracks and remixes, as well as material from many friends & peers. I’ll also talk about the new album in works and when you can expect to hear some of the new material. Many thanks to Emile Milgrim of @otherelectricities for giving me the opportunity to release this album on vinyl and making a dream come true that I’ve had since a small child. And lastly, thanks to YOU for listening and following for so many years. All my love to you. by @jatun
