2026 Citizens Queens 10K Completed ✅️

QGTM BABY

Part DOS running this course, and I came ready to conquer. Running in Queens is by far the best, dont @ me about it, its just facts. Its Queens or nada.

Huge shoutout to the Squad of dope people who make it oh so fun to run. A blessing it is to run here at home base, even with the potholes that were taking people out, and those turns 🙄

Thank you to the cheer squads @queensdistance @team_wepa_nyc @runhustlerun and anyone/everyone who always holds it down, Appreciate ya tons ❤️❤️ fr fr

Onto the next one

RBC Brooklyn Half Marathon 2026 Completed ✅️

Running RBC last year, I finally started to lock in properly. I didn't get injured, and was so close to hitting a sub2hr for the first time but no luck.

At the UA this year, I was so happy to hit sub2 and PR the course. For the Brooklyn Half Marathon this year, all I wanted was to replicate the same time or better, but no luck.

I did hit sub2 for the third time ever, but not under the PR time I had wanted, and thats okaay. Im not mad. Why? This time, this race was a whole vibe. Running w/ @lemstruelens @joellstillmatic was the fire asf that first half in Prospect Park. Had everyone breaking their necks as we ran past them 😶‍🌫️😤😶‍🌫️😤

Afterwards, we all got lost but still the cheer zones held it down. Special thanks to @team_wepa_nyc for cheering your hearts out for all us in that 🥵🥵
@les_runs @geerod418 Thank for the slinglet, the confetti and the butt slap 😅 Everyone loveed the slinglet. Thank you too @piercedphotos for spotting me out there as well and for the flicks

Thank you Sophia, for forever being the best cheerleader, a lucky man I am.

I cant wait for the next one yall. Forever grateful for this life of mine 🙏🏻

The 2026 United Airlines Half Marathon Completed ✅️

UA Half Part Dos. Getting the chance run it back and to achieve a Sub2hour Half Marathon. Man, I DID do that 🥲

Sidenote, I don't ever want to run this course alone ever again. Invite me people, Im too shy to ask to join. No more just racing, time to squad up and vibe Community over competition 🫡🤘🏻

Anyways, onto to the next one 💪🏻

Why do you run? Why do you want to join TEAM QUARO? Your running journey. Easy to write, huh? Well, yes and no, but certainly yes, lol.

It took me a while to write what I wanted to say, what pictures and videos to chose and showcase. I was worried about being cliché or not being worthy enough to even warrant a post to try to gain a spot on your team. But that would have been the old me before this lovely running journey.

Life itself has peaks and valleys, and my overall life has been just that—ups and downs. My reason for why I run is simple to write but harder to summarize. It has and continues to save my life. Running has always been a part of my life, whether it was just running for cardio back in my teens to now, in my thirties, where I'm running actual races and being active in the run community to the best of my abilities. So I hope, with what you read and have seen via pictures and videos, that it shows how much happiness and help running has brought into my life. I wouldn't be here without it.

I'll be running the 2026 New York City Marathon this year, my third Marathon overall but my first major Marathon ever, and to make things better, I will be doing it on my 32nd Birthday. How cool is that?
So, here I am asking TEAM QUARO for an opportunity of a lifetime. I wanted to earn all my 6 stars in a specific order and in a calendar year. Earning my first with the NYCM is step 1. Step 2, I want it to be the Tokyo Marathon. I always wanted to go and visit, to explore the wonderful culture of Japan. And if I can manage to gain entry to the other majors somehow (which I have no idea how I will pull that off, because financially it's just not in the cards ATM), that would be fantastic to complete the 6-star Journey. Thank you for the opportunity to even ask to join TEAM QUARO. I hope this journey can continue with you all. #teamquaro2027

This post doubles for my 13th anniversary with my partner for life @boricua_chulax3. I'm forever grateful for you, Sophia. I am privileged to call you my wife. Thank for supporting my running goals and being the best cheerleader a guy could ask for. Lov by @javibautistaa

Took me forever to chose pictures and videos that summarize this year so far, and what a year so far it has been. Grateful to be where I am, took a lot of self work and with the help others to get here, like friends and family. Love you all tons.

I cant wait for this next half. To continue to make more memories with old and new friends alike. Summer26 about to be insane, and NYCM.. I cant wait to conquer you.

Blessed I am indeed. Thank you God.

So today we did a thing, on our 10 year anniversary we finally decided to tie the knot! We are officially married! Today, we stand as one. After falling in love with each other over and over, going through life together, we wouldn't have it any other way. Imagining life without each other simply wouldn't exist. The beauty of marriage is not always seen but with the ability to understand, communicate, respect and love eachother we will be able to get through this new chapter in our lives just like how we started 10 years ago! I can't wait to do this thing, which is spending the rest of my life with you !#072013 by @javibautistaa
