If I learned anything in the last 5 years it was discipline and true dedication to what I wanted to become. I prayed to win and succeed, and although I didn’t necessarily get that God put me through the toughest situations that taught me how to push through regardless of what was happening. I fought until the very end and in doing so I put myself on the path of becoming the man I always wanted to be. I can confidently say my younger self would be so proud of who I became, and I plan to continue exceeding expectations in the next chapter of my life. I’m so grateful for the people I met along the way that helped me get through these challenges. All glory to God.✝️🙏🏽 by @javierx20s

4.90 (16’0.75) at IC4A’s for a PR and 4th place! After so many ups and downs this season the pieces are finally starting to come together and there was no better way to end the indoor season than this. So grateful for my teammates and coaches that have been there along the way, and this is only the beginning.

Been a loooong way back from having surgery last May, to rehabbing, and finally getting back into vaulting this January. Second meet back to compete at MAAC Champs and had an indoor PR of 14’7.25 and placing fourth. Couldn’t have asked for any more for my second meet back in a year. Blessed to have amazing people supporting me through the whole journey. Cant wait to see how high I can go, until l next time🤞🏽
