Vancouver Cherry Blossom 🌸 BTS of My Creative Process

Cherry blossom season always feels like a brief moment of stillness in the middle of the city. For this creative session, I wanted to capture that vibe — soft light, quiet movement, and a color palette that felt calm and intentional.

The light pink blossoms paired with Helen’s baby blue outfit created the perfect spring contrast, and together we were able to capture both photos and video in one session.

Big shoutout to @oohelendang 🙌🏻 Grateful for another successful collaboration.

From Dancer to Filmmaker but the Creative Roots never fade!

24 years deep in this dance journey — from battling and teaching to now capturing the art through film. 📸

Recently, I got to link up with Diamonds in the Rough, some of Vancouver’s finest dancers, to film their youth dance camp — and honestly, it brought everything full circle.

Dance will always be home. It’s where creativity started for me, and moments like this remind me why I fell in love with storytelling in the first place. 🙏

Shoutout to Diamonds — for inspiring the next generation and proving that passion really moves people.
