Grateful for the moments we get — even brief ones — with special players.
MLB’s #4th overall pick Wyatt Langford spent time in our space, and our kids got to see what elite preparation, humility, and work ethic actually look like.
That’s what this place is about.

Assess mobility.
Identify movement.
Build strength into it.
Train skill through it.

Zander is an IR-dominant mover.

That changes everything.

The right athlete.
The right model.
The right plan.

Nothing random.
Nothing left to chance. No future left to wander.

Most people see a swing.
We see a story.

Movement patterns. Constraints. Timing. Capacity.
Not what’s wrong—what’s possible.

Some kids don’t need more reps.
They need someone to actually see and believe in them.

A lot to like here. A lot.

The best part about development isn’t finding what’s wrong.
It’s finding what’s real.

Sometimes players pick up patterns that don’t match how they’re built to move. That’s normal. It happens.

The work is identifying the true starting point — getting back to center, rebuilding the foundation, and moving forward with a plan that fits the athlete.

Good kid. Great family. Real opportunity.
Excited for what’s ahead. ⚾️ #futurestar #ifyouaintassesingyoureguessing #truezero taken in Jax Beach, FL by @jaxbeachbaseball

Don’t leave your kid’s development to chance.
Evaluate. Train. Track. Develop.

Real programming. Real data. Real progress.
An environment that puts kids over profits—every time.

Most summer baseball isn’t missing effort.
It’s missing structure.

More reps.
More lessons.
More games.

Still no plan.

—

So we built one.

An 8-week system that actually connects everything:
evaluate → build → train → compete

Not random sessions.
Not guesswork.
Not hoping something clicks.

Real development.
With a clear starting point.
A real plan.
And a way to prove it on the field.

—

We use what already works at the highest levels.
We make it accessible.
And we actually execute it.

—

Most of this runs at $5–$20/hour.
Because consistency matters more than anything.

—

This isn’t for everyone.

Small group.
High accountability.
Real work.

If it makes sense, you’ll know.

Hayden Carns — FDO.

Brother: Hunter Carns (Florida State)

Elite mobility.
Intentional mover.
Highly driven.

These are the traits that usually show up
in D1 athletes early.

Great players tend to find the right environments. #thebestortherest #thefuture #bloodline #baseball #youfoundit taken in Jax Beach, FL by @jaxbeachbaseball

Two older brothers drafted into MLB.

At 11, the focus isn’t mechanics.
It’s movement, sequencing, coordination, and confidence.

High-level players usually grow up in environments like this. -and yes it looks very different than everywhere else!

Full session ≈ $22.50 per athlete.

Development shouldn’t be rare.

In-season.
No mechanical changes.
Focus stays on hitter performance:
Spray
Time-to-contact
Attack angle
Contact quality
Approach

✅Above-average exit velocity/bat speed
✅Fast time-to-contact
✅Efficient attack angle

We don’t train swings.
We train hitters.

And the numbers tell you who’s different. #realrecognizereal💯 #baseball #future taken in Jax Beach, FL by @jaxbeachbaseball
