A little evening reset 🧊🔥

Tried out @aurapodsnorfolk for the first time and absolutely loved it. Having the whole space to myself with a sauna, ice bath and @thejackandashshow on the TV was a pretty perfect way to spend the evening.

I’ve really started to love contrast therapy recently. Going from the sauna straight into the cold completely clears my head and gives me a chance to properly switch off for a while.

Still not sure I’ll ever get used to actually getting INTO the ice bath though 😭

Bachelor of Science with Honours in Computing Science 🎓

A huge thank you to my family and friends for all of the support over the last four years. It means more than you know.

And, just this once, I want to thank myself too. No one else could put in the work for me. I turned up, kept going, and got it done. I’m really proud of what I’ve achieved.

On to whatever comes next.
