Mini Documentary available on YouTube. link in bio.

Taking you behind the scenes for a quick look into what it takes to make a mini doc as a solo filmmaker. We work hard, but we don't forget to have some fun while we're at it.

A few scenes from the mini doc 'Making Meaning' with @marinayang_

1. Every artist's studio tells a story about who they are and how they work. I am fascinated by the details and how everything is laid out.

2. I wanted to connect the background with the foreground and have it flow seamlessly as I racked focus. I also wanted to make the bell dangle at the end of the brush

3. Connecting the materials with the process. I wanted to capture the consideration and concentration as Marina works the canvas

4. There's a sense of serenity as an outsider observing an artist in their environment. You also start to feel the depth, the unfathomable amount of knowledge, time and dedication through years of practice... Something I try my best to capture on video, but can only hope to scratch the surface. taken in National Art School by @jay.pressplay

Short and sweet edit for @kimskoreandeli and @sleepybloc
Still experimenting with finding a 'look' for my films but I quite like this for now.
