Skin That Glows 🌟 by @jay.theesthetician

4 Skin SINS : You should NEVER make

1. NOT WEARING SPF: the sun is the #1 cause of aging skin. ALL Fitzpatricks should be wearing sunscreen. 1 in 5 Americans will develop skin cancer in their lifetime.
2. NOT WASHING YOUR FACE EVERY NIGHT: At night when you are sleeping, your skin cells are regenerating. So all those left over pollutants and bacteria collected throughout the day are being absorbed deeper into the skin. Your skin must be cleansed to remove debris, sebum, and oil collected throughout the day.
3. NOT STAYING HYDRATED: Lack of water can cause your skin to lose elasticity. This leads to the appearance of full skin, wrinkles, dryness, fine lines, and sagging skin.
4. USING THE WRONG PRODUCTS FOR YOUR SKIN TYPE: Using different products can do more harm than good. Not buying the correct products for your skin type can actually cause breakouts, uneven texture, and inflamed skin. Find out if your skin care products are actually benefiting you.

Investing in your skin is highly beneficial. Not only do you feel better, you look better. The skin is more plump, youthful, and radiant.
Makeup goes on better and helps the appearance of texture. Helps build confidence and allows us to be the best versions of ourselves.
