HYROX Boston! If you told me I was doing this this time last year, I would have laughed in your face! From the running all year, every event, every race we’ve done, it only made sense to put myself to the test here.

Being in a huge accident just a week and a half ago, I was worried about how I would feel come race day, but I went in there knowing I had a pro simulation under my belt and whole lot of heart. 😂

Finishing at 1:32:46 for my first ever official Hyrox solo open. As well as turning 29 in the process, and I just want to show my appreciation to everyone who’s involved and continues to be moving forward. I love ya for life! 😤💪🏽

See you in Dallas, Hyrox! ⌛️🫡 by @jay__collings

1 WEEKEND. 3 EVENTS. 💪🏽🏃🏽‍♂️🔥

Saturday started with a 5K, then straight into the 413 Battlegrounds Beginner Calisthenics Competition where I came out with my first 1st-place win 🥇.

Then Sunday morning, right back at it for the Bobby Doyle race in Narragansett Rhode Island.

Three events. Two days. No excuses.

This weekend wasn’t just about competing — it was about seeing how far I can push myself, mentally and physically. Still learning, still improving, still hungry.

This is only the beginning. ⚡️⚔️

Endurance sports have taught me that the strongest part of me isn’t my body.
It’s the voice that tells me to keep going when everything else wants to quit.
What has training taught you ?

Spartan Race 2026 ⚔️🔥✅
5k Sprint 20 Obstacles

Held eachother accountable, fought through every obstacle and any penalty we had to face and never gave up along the way. Even though we finished just a few mins off of the finish time we aimed for we all made sure we EARNED that medal 🔥🎖️🏆 Now lets aim for that trifecta😤⚔️
