So this birthday is a little different because my gift is life. I’m looking forward to sharing you with the world when the time comes.

It takes strength, passion, and courage to be so vulnerable and open with this journey, but I wouldn’t be true to myself if I didn’t.

So no wine for me today, but we gonna eat good forsure, dinner for 2 💜 by @jay__dusse

@jay__dusse gets the table into campaigning, lobbying, likability and whether the skills it takes to win a campaign are the same skills it takes to govern.

Because apparently on Who’s Hiring?, everything eventually becomes a conversation about marketing. 😭

🎙️Who’s Hiring? is going LIVE for the Season 1 Finale.

On October 8, The Winners Culture is taking the show out of the studio and bringing the conversation to you.

All season, we’ve been asking the questions that come up when you’re trying to build a career, make good work and still make a living.

How do you make a living off your creativity?

What does it look like to trust yourself in business?

And how do you build something when there’s no blueprint to follow?

For the finale, we want to talk about it with you. 🤝

Expect strong opinions, good questions, some disagreement 👀 and a room full of people figuring it out in real time.

So come be in the room, cause we’ve got some things to discuss.

How are yall feeling about Iceman? 👀
We’re getting VERY mixed reviews over here 😂

Some people think Drake still knows how to make moments… others feel like the music just isn’t hitting the same anymore. Has Drake evolved with the culture or is he chasing an era he already mastered?

What’s your honest rating so far?

A lot of people aren’t tired…
they’re drained from performing a version of themselves that isn’t real.

Perfection isn’t discipline—it’s pressure.

And that pressure builds until something breaks.

Be honest…How much of “you” do you actually bring to work?

Because for me there’s always been a real version…
and then there’s the “professional” version.

One is natural.
The other is… What I have to do to not get fired 😂

What do you prefer and why? 9 to 5 or Entrepreneurship?

Everybody is chasing “freedom”…
but nobody talks about what it actually costs.

Entrepreneurship sounds good until it’s pressure every day.
No clocking out. No safety net. Just you.
