My team and I recently had the opportunity to meet with Aaron and the team at @fabboxing to learn about their F.A.B method, which focuses on addressing emotional and mental, physical and dependency challenges through non-contact boxing and a supportive group environment. This approach is designed to aid in rehabilitation and navigate the complexities of life.

Aaron and his team extended an invitation for me to observe their class, understand their methodology, and learn about their mission. I was thoroughly impressed by their work. Following our discussion, Aaron concurred that their method could be effectively adapted for dementia care, providing engaging activities and team-building exercises aimed at enhancing the quality of life and care for individuals living with dementia. It is imperative that we recognize dementia is not an end, and our collective efforts to include and care for those affected, and how we implement this inclusion, are paramount.

If you are involved in activities or groups, or wish to contribute to this initiative, please contact Colm.ForTd@Gmail.Com. Together, we can deepen our understanding of dementia and foster a more inclusive environment.

We want to change and improve dementia in our community and how those affected get to engage in our community, their community again!

Sincerely,
____________

Few days away with the boys ✈️

1st time flying as Brothers ✅

Uk Vibes

Sun, long walks, Cardiff Castle, beach, good food, and just proper time together.

Nothing forced, nothing messy — just real moments and good energy.

For the first time in a long time it felt calm.

Clear head, present, enjoying it for what it is.

No chaos, no afters — just being there with the people that matter.

Needed this one.

More of this from here on out. 📸

BRO STEAK DATE 🥩😂

@jay_gallagher.dj rings me at 2pm while I’m mid cycle like " wanna meet up?"

Say less 🤝

Instead of just going into town, we decide:
“let’s get a train somewhere random” 🚆

Plan was simple:
Meet in Malahide → head to Balbriggan

This man gets on the WRONG train 😭
ends up going the complete opposite direction

Had to come all the way back like nothing happened 💀

We finally get to Balbriggan

walking around looking for a place to eat

Had one spot in mind up the top of the town…

BUT then I smell this unreal gravy on the street 😅

I’m there like a detective…

head into one pub → not it
second pub → not it
third pub → still not it

Then finally… we find it 😮‍🔥

Now we’re just sitting there
steak, gravy, chips, sorted 🥩🍻
