woke up to a million messages and tags on every social media platform for what i decided to play yesterday when former Vice President @kamalaharris was celebrated at the @la_sparks game, so here’s my POV 😂

to answer a common question i’ve gotten, i did NOT know she was coming until our production meeting 3 hours before the game so i wanted to make sure she would feel allll the love 😂 i remember she mentioned in a previous interview that she loves @bootsy_collins so i felt “rather be with you” would be a fitting addition as well 🫶🏽

i love being able to create intentional spaces through music. 🧡

i know a few people under @wnba ‘s post were asking what @lisaleslie was vibing to so here you guys go 😭 i don’t blame her for this being her JAM! it’s a timeless record 💃🏽😂

i’m so grateful for and inspired by the greatness you continue to exude, Lisa. as The First Lady of the WNBA it’s only right that you become the first woman athlete to have a statue at @cryptocomarena for the legend you are! i’m manifesting the commissioner position for you next, your halftime speech very much gave presidential 😂 thank you for your love and dedication to this game! 🧡🤞🏽

spent my Sunday with @theanthonyedwards_ , @adidasbasketball + @footlocker DJing and Co-Hosting the official ANTLANTA 1v1 Challenge 🏀🔥

the challenge featured high school boys and girls competing for a $1,000 Foot Locker gift card, a year’s supply of AE shoes, and tickets to a Timberwolves game! 🙌🏽

thank you for having me set the vibes! being able to do what i love while kicking it with one of favorite basketball players and checking out who’s next up in the city of Atlanta was a great way to spend the day. ’til next time 🫡

THE AE3s DROP THIS FRIDAYYYY SEPTEMBER 18th at 10am!!! make sure you get yours bc you know i got mine 🤞🏽

moments like this remind me that i am so thankful to walk in my purpose 🥲 to know me is to know i don’t have preplanned sets and i loveee following whatever room i’m in and reading it, event by event. i was so wrapped up in @roscoedash ‘s performance that i didn’t even have a song prepared to follow up with 😂 but thanks to my quick on-the-spot-thinking skills (okay honestly probably just years of performing) i cued up (what i felt) was the perfect song NOT knowing the @nabjofficial + @nabjsports crowd would confirm that and throw me the PERFECT alley oop 😩 this was SUCH a magical moment and a highlight of the night for me 🫶🏽 thank you again for having me and see y’all next yearrrrr! 🤠
