Phenom Girls Basketball National Camp 🏀

I am so grateful for the opportunity to compete against high-level players, learn from great coaches, and show what I can bring to the court. I’m proud of the work I’ve put in, but I know there’s still more to prove. Just getting started. 🤍

Thank you to all of the coaches who took the time to coach me, give me feedback, and connect with me throughout camp. I truly appreciate you all!

Forever grateful for this experience at Phenom 🏀💙 Thank you to Phenom, Joe Keller, Coach Hopla, Coach Taylor, Coach Rivers, Coach D, and all of the incredible other Phenom coaches/staff for pouring into me, challenging me, and helping me grow both on and off the court. The knowledge, energy, and memories I’m taking home with me mean so much. Thank you for believing in us and pushing us to be better every day. Truly an experience I’ll never forget. 🏀❤️🌎📈🌟#phenombasketball #phenomcamp2026 #thankyou taken in Seal Beach, California by @jaya_hoops

You’ve been disrespected.
Hated.
Laughed at.

Told you do too much… care too much.

They called it weakness.
They called it stupid.
They called it weird.

But they missed the truth:
You were never meant to fit in—you were meant to stand up.

You speak when others stay silent.
You defend those who can’t.
You show up even when no one shows up for you.

That’s not weakness. That’s power.

Those traits?
They don’t belong to followers.

They belong to leaders.
To captains.
To people who leave a mark on the world.

Keep going. The spotlight isn’t on you by accident.

Power meets precision!

Watch as we tackle these strength and agility drills to stay explosive on the court.

Reminder that strength is important because it builds resilience against injuries and enhances endurance for those intense 4th quarters.

Agility is just as important. Quick cuts and fast feet keep us one step ahead of the defense.

At the end of the day, consistency is the main ingredient! Keep making these strides each day!

Drop your favorite drill below! ⬇️
