@vendettastrengthandathletics has been receiving a lot of praise for their Omega Dip Attachment, but did you know their Omega Ab Pad add on can work independently as a killer stability attachment?
Pair it with a @repfitnessequipment or @apexfitness seat pad and you are off to the races. I had a leftover spare from my Blackwing bench after I downgraded from their wide pad to their standard pad. But this also works if you have a normal Apex seat pad leftover from the split seat upgrade. All the more reason to make that upgrade if you’ve been eyeing it bc now you can reuse the old piece, but if you just want this stability pad function both Rep and Apex do sell their seat pads separately as well.

No matter what your layout or set up is, there is a combo here that should work. If you do choose to duplicate this set up, or were not aware of the already popular @darkolifting Tresher Pad, I do have affiliates with Rep, Apex, and Darko & would appreciate your support. by @jaybeeetv

Life’s too short to take everything so seriously. @carbonstrengthfit knew this when they created these and many other fun attachments.
I think they make the perfect stocking stuffer for the home gym enthusiast. They are inexpensive while feeling good in the hand, but not in the mouth! Are there any other quirky attachments you’d like to me to showcase? Leave them in the comments below. Code JBTV saves at checkout!

@ancoretraining Pro has been a staple in my gym for awhile now. But what happens when you combine its mechanical resistance with @getrxd Tornado X Arms + @porter_physed Eclipse Grips?

You find a pretty solid Ski Erg that can customized to fit your specific height! Being able to adjust the width unlocks comfort levels previously unknown on this movement pattern.

The back storage room has officially became an annex for gym storage thanks to these @force6fitness and @vendettastrengthandathletics brackets! The white @repfitnessequipment uprights fit perfectly back here at their 80” height. I’ve got more brackets and storage to do, but so far this is a pretty awesome solution for small spaces by @jaybeeetv

Full review on the @getrxd Tornado X Arms set up that you can pair with any resistance like @rayofisports GoTone, @ancoretraining Pro, or @beyondpowerofficial Voltra was delayed from this past weekend, but it will be up in a few days.

@getrxd Tornado Arms were 1 of my fav gym upgrades of 2025, and the X Arms have been 1 of my fav upgrades of 2026 so far.

@bulletproof_fitness_equipment is now on their 3.0 version to the Hexport Attachment, and it’s sweet. But what do you do with your 1.0 or 2.0 if considering the upgrade?

This is a way to repurpose the old Hexport attachment if you need storage on a big piece like the Pullover attachment that needs to go vertical and out of the way. by @jaybeeetv

If you thought my install guide of @getrxd Tornado Arm 1.0’s on the @repfitnessequipment PR5000 Athena was innovative, then this Tornado X Arm set up will make you go 🤯

Not only is nothing permanently tethered, but you can switch the resistance source from a loading pin with Olympic weights, a @beyondpowerofficial Voltra, an @ancoretraining Pro, or even a @rayofisports GoTone.
