How dating change from 2019 to now. Ladies in North America in general, wanted more jobs available to them.

They got it, then wanted more pay. They got it, then demand guys make six figures.

Then, shame guys in the #gym and for asking them out. Banishing them to the shadow realm.

Now, Guys had enough and is done with dating and marriage in all countries in general. People don't know how to communicate clearly. by @jaybeproactive

Many employees wonder why some supervisors remain in leadership roles despite poor performance or mismanagement. A combination of systemic issues, organizational inertia, and flawed promotion practices often explains their continued tenure.

One major factor is the Peter Principle, which suggests that employees are promoted based on their performance in their current role, not their potential in the next one. As a result, competent individual contributors may rise into supervisory roles for which they lack the necessary skills particularly in people management and then remain stuck at that level of incompetence. Since they’re no longer excelling, they’re not promoted further, but they’re rarely demoted or removed.

Additionally, bureaucratic hurdles make it difficult to remove underperforming supervisors, especially in environments. The process of documenting poor performance, navigating HR protocols, and facing potential appeals or union grievances can be so lengthy and risky that organizations choose to tolerate ineffective leaders rather than go through the effort of replacing them.

Moreover, loyalty and relationships often outweigh merit. Some supervisors keep their jobs because they are friends with decision-makers, or because they align with organizational politics rather than demonstrating leadership effectiveness. In some cases, promoting someone to a supervisory role is a way to remove a problematic employee from a technical position effectively "kicking the can down the road" rather than solving the real problem.

Why change is rare ?

The cost of turnover and the fear of legal repercussions make organizations hesitant to replace supervisors, even when they’re clearly failing. At the same time, many companies fail to invest in leadership development, leaving new supervisors without proper training. This lack of preparation increases the likelihood of failure, yet the cycle continues.

Ironically, some supervisors stay because their teams overcompensate for their shortcomings. #business #company #management #leadership #team by @jaybeproactive

As self employed, a entrepreneur or w-2 employee thats working for any company trying to retire. Big, small businesses, mom or dad pop shop. You need a certain amount of points if your going to retire from your business, if your not making 6 figures.

This video explains what you need as a barber to get the required points to retire, even if you never has a W-2 or you cut hair right after high school or college.

You need to earn 40 credits (also known as points) to qualify for Social Security retirement benefits, which generally requires 10 years of work. You can earn a maximum of four credits per year. In 2025, one credit requires $1,810 in earnings, and in 2026, it requires $1,890.

10 Years Minimum: Working and paying Social Security taxes for at least 10 years (earning 4 credits per year) is required.

For disability or survivor benefits, younger workers may need fewer than 40 credits.

1. In ninjatrader app and website doesn't save the indicators you graph on your chart. The disappear or reset back to default settings.

2. The commodities, indexes, minerals, cryptocurrencies, energy assets, currencies, and others you selected as favorites for trading on the app or website aren’t being saved. They revert to default settings, as if they were never added to your preferred list.

Hopefully Ninjatrader can fix theses issues that's been going on since 2003 when it was first founded. People address the problem but nothing was resolved. So, I'm showing them in this video what's wrong with the app and website. This is why I love networking.
I'm glad that ninjatrader took the initiative to recognize the problem.

My subscribers and followers that are watching makes my journey worthwhile when I network. 😎 Thank you 👏🤝.

About how startups are failing at their own "core values", they made for the company to do for the customers.
.
Doesn't matter if you're a startup company or trillion dollar company. You can go bankrupt if you don't follow your own "Core Values" for your company.

Or prioritizing short-term profits over customer base relationships will jeopardize long-term business.
.
Example Walmart, " The customer is always right" If Walmart don't go back to their core values. People will stop shopping because Walmart is not putting customers first and see them as a number for profit. But, that goes for any other businesses.
