April is finally out. ♥️ We recorded this song in Kosta’s studio in Long Beach, he co-produced the song with Shane and I. We had the great fortune of having Renata on strings and piano that day, she is truly a gifted musician with many instruments. Shane was on bass. The drums, played by Kosta, solidified a tamed but driven nature with a masterful touch, as always. Luke Temple played acoustic guitar that added a fluid wave of beauty throughout and created a deeper state of serenity that wasn’t there before. I wrote, sang, and played electric guitar. Lastly, my mixer David Davis elevated and completely transformed “April” bringing it to its highest potential. In the cover art realm, Michael Donovan shot the release photographs. He was such a dream to work with, we adventured together and laughed while he captured the images. That afternoon to late night is a cherished memory I’ll never forget. Thank you all who worked on this piece with me. I am so thrilled and rejuvenated to finally share it with everyone that’s been with me so far, more to come. by @jayczepowers

High on Roses and Stipulations, my second single release, is out today! Thank you to all the talented and masterful artists that worked on this song with me to help bring my dream to life. I am forever grateful to you all.

Perhaps this song will bring just a little bit of everyone’s dreams to life…. That is my prayer.
