“Nothing is impossible. The word itself says I’m possible.”

When I started my pageant journey I believed that nothing was impossible. Last night I arrived at my FIRST stop of many dreams and became Miss Jacksonville 2024 . Thank you to my Pastors, Bishop Stan & Lady Dee Williams, for their unwavering support and to those who prayed for me, encouraged me, invested in me and made me smile through some of my toughest days.

To my coaches, Pastor James Bonaparte and Monica Knighton, thank you for believing in me enough to push me past my fears and doubts and to walk with a confidence you knew was already within me.

To my interview coach Christine, thank you for your candid and real conversations. Your open dialogue never felt intimidating and I thank you for allowing me to be comfortable with you.

To my dance coach Mr Bert, thank you for your push and unwavering belief in what my body could accomplish.

To my walking coach Kirby, thank you for your laughter and perseverance with each step that I took.

To ICON Studios, thank you for your investment in my music mix. You’re the best!

To my bonus grandma Ms Cheryl, I appreciate all you have done in making me look seamless in my wardrobe. I am truly blessed by you and your unconditional love.

And to those who were in the background sharing nuggets, I appreciate you and I am eternally grateful.

Thank you to the Miss Jacksonville & Miss River City Scholarship Pageant for this amazing opportunity to represent our city. I am excited to continue my work in our community and look forward to representing Jacksonville in the upcoming Miss Florida Pageant! by @jayda_monay

As I prepare to pass down the crown to the next Miss Jax, I’m reflecting on my favorite memories and the incredible journey I’ve had this year. Representing all the pillars of the crown has been amazing. One of the pillars that truly resonates with me is style.

Being Miss Jax 2024 has allowed me to express my personality through fashion, showing that style and grace go hand in hand. From unforgettable appearances to community events, each outfit was a celebration of who I am.

I can’t wait to see how the next Miss Jax will shine! Here’s to new memories and a legacy of empowerment! 👑✨ #MissJax #PassingTheCrown2024 #StyleAndGrace by @jayda_monay

Happy birthday to the little me. As you journey through life, remember that things may not always go according to your plans, but that’s okay. God’s plan is always better, even when it’s hard to see in the moment. Trust in His timing and His guidance, and you’ll find peace in knowing that everything happens for a reason. Embrace each moment with gratitude and faith, for they are shaping you into the person you are meant to be. Keep your heart open to new experiences, and never lose sight of the beauty and wonder that surrounds you. You are loved beyond measure, and your journey is just beginning. Happy Birthday to you and me 🥳.
