From honestly not having a clue where I would play in college, to driving down I-70 to play at a community college 30 from my house, to driving 15 hours across the country and never looking back. If you told me younger me where I'd be now she wouldn't believe you. To my Coaches Mary & Asya I owe a lot of thanks for helping me learn how to use my personality and ability to never shut up for good and not harm. Most of all, for teaching me I couldn't just be an athlete, and staying on me 24/7 to be a student first. I would not be here whatsoever without you two. @kckvolleyball To Coach G & King thank you for taking me in halfway thru my career and teaching me that my impact on others matters more than a stat sheet ever will. I have grown so much as a leader and a woman since trying to fill the enormous shoes of captains before me. And Lord while I questioned' "why me" sometimes, God has shown me the bigger picture. Every sprain, bruise, tear, hitting error, questionable play, and hole in my leggings will hold a very special place in my heart.To every teammate, mentor, and friend I made along the way whether our relationship was for a reason or a season, THANK YOU to everyone who has been apart of my journey!
