I have spent the year feeling unseen , always in hiding ...
I once shared that i spend a lot of time shrinking myself...
feeling like I’m easier to love when I’m quiet or hidden. Someone chose this gift to remind me that I don’t have to hide to be seen. That there are people who notice me even when I’m trying to disappear. And that meant everything.

Hey October ✨

Over time ,I’ve caught myself withdrawing… shutting people out, shrinking into my own silence. It felt safe, but deep down I know it’s not where I want to stay. I owe it to myself to grow, to reconnect, to show up again. This is me choosing to heal, to do better, to be my own push, my own cheerleader, to find my way back—one step at a time.
