For Mandela Day, we spent our 67 minutes at @ikamva_labantu alongside the incredible gogos who are part of @relatebracelets beading initiative.

Together we sat, beaded, and listened as they shared some of their experience’s during apartheid. It was a reminder that Mandela Day isn’t just about giving your time, it’s about connecting with people, learning from their experiences, and honouring the generations that came before us.

Every bracelet sold helps support communities across South Africa, making this so much more than beadwork. It’s a cycle of dignity, opportunity, and giving back.
