HOMECOMING just hit 2 years since its release, time flies wow. i remember still living in NY bouncing around from my apt in westbumblefuck Bayside to my gf, at the time, apt in Harlem. And i made this mostly in that basement, i had to tell the rats outside to shut up because i’d pick them up on the room tone while recording. this was also the era i had quit my job as an EMT to pursue my career in film full-time in one of the worst time periods to do that during the writers strike, but, luckily i still had some work lined up for a bit. but later as the industry soon ran dry more and more of work, so did my pockets. so, we decided since im there more than the apartment i was living in and paying for anyway because the studio i was working with was right across the bridge into Jersey City. i also didn’t have enough money to go to the studio, so, i decided to also take it all in-house and do everything myself. i’ve never worked so hard in my life, from working 14-18 on set to working days and nights on HOMECOMING after, but it got done and these are the results
