Thank you @wildfiberstudio for introducing me to @themotherbearproject in 2012. After my first bear I knew this was the charity for me. I just couldn’t stop knitting bears. I have gotten more out of being part of Mother Bear Project than I ever imagined. Thank you to the moderators, hosts, bear packers, heart sewers, bear distributors, tech team and the hardest worker of them all, founder of Mother Bear Project, Amy. Special thank yous to my many bear sponsors, yarn donators, namers, and cheerleaders along the way. Big bear hugs to my entire family, friends and my number one supporter, my loving husband for helping me make it to 801 bears. I am beyond honored and privileged to have been a part of this global team. The fabulous and colorful bears, and the kids smiles that kept our needles and hooks motivated with the common goal to spread love and comfort. Mother Bear Project may be ending, my last bears were mailed yesterday, but something new will find its way to me. by @jayellesea
