On August 25, 2024, I weighed 238.4 lbs with a BMI of 39.7. I knew something had to change, but I had no idea how much this journey would transform my life.

Today, after 181 weigh-ins, countless choices, and one day at a time, I’m 156.8 lbs with a BMI of 26.1.

The numbers tell part of the story:
🏆 76.4 lbs lost
📉 BMI decreased by 12.7
💪 Hundreds of decisions to keep showing up

But the biggest change wasn’t on the scale.

It was learning that motivation comes and goes, but discipline stays. Some days I wanted to quit. Some days the progress was slow. Some days the scale didn’t move at all.

I kept going anyway.

This journey taught me that success isn’t built in one workout or one healthy meal—it’s built through the small choices you make when nobody is watching.

I’m not chasing perfection. I’m building a lifestyle that future me will be proud of.

If you’re at the beginning of your own journey, remember:
Don’t focus on losing 76 pounds. Focus on winning today.
Tomorrow, do it again.

One day at a time.

❤️ Here’s to becoming the person I always knew I could be.
