Jaylen’s Graduation & Farewell 🎓👋🏽Tour 2023 was the highest selling success of all-time. (Beyoncé, Drake, & Taylor have clearly been taking notes!!)

Thank you so very much to everyone who made my last weeks and HOURS in Austin, TX so incredible, beautiful, and filled with pure joy! I can write a book on what these past 10 years in Texas has meant for me and my development as a silly, goofy, grown-up kid and a thriving scholar! (I actually might doe 👀📚)

California was where I was born & raised, and Texas is truly where I have grown up & flourished. Boston,MA you’ve got some big ole Texas cowboy boots to fill!

Love you ALL. Adore you ALL. 💙🫡👑

🎉🚨Kicked off the 2023 New Year with becoming Dr. Jaylen Isaiah Wright 🫡 & completing my Ph.D. (defended my dissertation TODAY!), and I’m deeply grateful & excited to announce that I’ve also accepted an incredible position at Boston Medical Center (BMC) as their Perinatal Clinical Research Associate 🤰🏽🤰🏾🤰🏿🤰🏻🤰🏼

Since BMC is a teaching hospital (my Grey’s Anatomy moment🥹), I’ll also have the honor of furthering health equity research and education within the Obstetrics & Gynecology Departments at Boston University School of Medicine 🥳🩺👨🏽‍🏫

BMC is already proving to be a special and innovative medical/academic culture that centers their care around their communities’ needs and their employees’ priorities. I’m excited to get started!

Thank you to EVERYONE in my life who has loved on me, uplifted me, and have kept me laughing! I am honored to continue sharing the rest of my precious time on this earth with you all.

Unko J’s Do’s & DON’Ts: Lessons from Marley’s 1st Birthday Celebration 🥳🎂💖

1️⃣ DON’T wear hats, wigs, glasses, or bonnets in front of Marley. Everybody BUT Unko can wear all of the above, but he is STRICTLY prohibited.

2️⃣ DO crawl around on all fours playing follow-the-leader and sacrifice what is left of your healthy kneecaps.

3️⃣ DON’T stop bouncy-jumpy lap time too soon. There will be consequences.

4️⃣ DO play peek-a-boo at the top of the hour, every hour, of every day.

5️⃣ DON’T, and I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT let Marley eat evil mean potato chips that poke the inside of her mouth! But also, DON’T STOP HER FROM EATING THEM BECAUSE SHE LOVES THEM, OKAY?

Happy 1st Birthday my sweet Marley Girl!!!!! Life as your Unko is better, brighter, and just so so so beautiful💖🎀. I love every single little thing about you and feel so very blessed to witness you grow and learn. You’re gonna make me scream “this is the best year of my life” every year forever, because you truly make it so. I love you MY MAHHHEYYYYY 💖🥹. & Happy 1 year milestone and achievement award to my Sissa 👸🏽🥹 @brittjane10 and Codes-man! It’s been just as special of a gift to witness you both wear parenthood so wonderfully. I love you all!

Happy 1 month into the Multiverse my lil web-slinger in training 🙂‍↔️

30 days of dirty diapers, synced up naps & eating schedules 🤣, hugs, kisses, cuddles, laughs, cries, and pure joy. Being your uncle is better than breathing oxygen.

I’m not surprised my favorite person @brittjane10 gave birth to perfection. Thank you to my big Sissa & Brobro Cody for the most precious gift of life there is.

I love you my Marley Moo. My Sweet little girl. Can’t wait to re-create this every year until you’re 50 (and then some!)
