POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It is with great excitement that I present to you the music video for @itswyattavery "Let's Just Be Friends". This was one of the first music videos I was able to afford hiring a small crew for, and it made a MASSIVE difference. First, I hired @joshuabadroos to write the story with me and we had a great time developing it together. Then I asked on @merciesmay to shoot, and he's really the reason I was able to bring the colorful vision I carried over from my last music video collaboration with Wyatt , "Mr. No One", and double down on it. Everything from his deliberate lens choices to gear choices for each shot elevated every single shot of this. Lastly, I brought back the character of Mr. No One from the last video, and got @tony_drisco back, this time with a co-star in the multi-talented @hazmat.circus , who plays Mrs. No One. The two of them developed such wonderful chemistry and cool choreography together that I was truthfully mind blown.
The story for this one hits close to home. Wyatt wanted minimal screen time, so I opted for a conceptual story about someone being friend zoned as the song title suggests. I wanted to ask and hopefully answer the question "What does the friend zone teach us?" For me, being friend zoned can teach us that our romantic ideas of another person are as powerful and intoxicating as they are temporary and sometimes an indicator of our own unmet needs. I think emphasizing the friend zone as an important period in which we learn the truths about our feelings towards another person, see them for who they truly are, and most importantly, have tons of fun with with no pressure or expectations for anything deeper or more complex, is one of the most important things we can do to improve our relationships with one another moving forward.
Thank you so much to everyone who helped out on the project. This was a much needed fall shoot and evolution to my business I started three years ago. I can't wait to see what we all do next! by @jayjamesmedia

My friend group held a gala event at our house this weekend and it was amazing!! Thank you to everyone who helped put it together and to everyone who attended!! My roommate and oldest friend Jack mainly wanted to do it for us to get together, hang, and jam out, but more importantly because our group decided we wanted to do a fundraiser event to help out a Canadian community, The Namaygoosisagagun First Nation, which was recently devastated by wildfires. Here’s a write-up he did:

Hi, I wanted to share the GoFundMe for Namaygoosisagagun First Nation, a remote community where generations of families have lived, raised children, and stayed connected to the land. On July 13, 2026, a wildfire destroyed homes and forced families to evacuate on their own, and many community members are still displaced. Donations will help provide essential needs now and support the long work of rebuilding so families can return home. Miigwetch to everyone who has already supported them, and if you’re able, please donate through the GoFundMe page or share it with someone who may be able to help. Gofundme link is in the bio.

Apparently it’s National Girlfriend Day (and our eight months), so this seems like the perfect day to finally brag about my amazing girlfriend on social media. @clown.crusade is the sweetest, funniest, and coolest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is my rock, my best friend, and the girl of my dreams. Everyone needs a Sam Bam in their life. Love you sweet thang 🥰😘 by @jayjamesmedia

"See you in LA" performed at Sociable two weeks ago!! Always love starting a show with this track. Also, you may notice Cayden is in a construction worker outfit and I'm in a suit. The gimmick was that we were all different kinds of workers, with Jack wearing his chef uniform. by @jayjamesmedia
