We are ready for that close up! Thank you @soflohomeproject and @alenacapradesign for having us and our Fort Lauderdale condo featured on your show. Taping today was a blast and we can’t wait to see it air on ABC this winter! #interiordesign #southflorida #fortlauderdale #remodel #tv #design taken in Fort Lauderdale, Florida by @jayjayusa

Skyscraper office views, delicious meals shared with welcoming clients & colleagues, and solo ramblings through peaceful gardens. Just a small smattering of moments captured during last week’s work trip to Tokyo. #japan #tokyo #travel taken in Tokyo, Japan by @jayjayusa

Before and after glimpse of our (2nd) Fort Lauderdale Beach condo renovation with @cydesignbuilders and @alenacapradesign. The transformation is day and night. Even without any lights on, you can see how much we brightened the home and kept it comfortable and modern with neutral and organic tones while pairing it with metallic & green accents.

We’re about 4-6 weeks out from renovation completion and our contractor team @cydesignbuilders & @mari_aviles_83 are in early phase of installing the finishes — lighting, appliances, baseboards, etc. We’re concurrently working with our interior designer, @alenacapradesign, to finalize the rest of the furniture plans.

Update on our Fort Lauderdale condo renovation: tile work has started in the bathrooms, the subfloor sound protector is laid, and pocket door systems are being installed. Up next is the actual floor tiles. Won’t be long before cabinetry and finishes start going in. Meanwhile, we are working closely with our designer, Alena Capra, on contents and decor for our home. @alenacapradesign @cydesignbuilders
