LET IT GO @jamesbaymusic

i created this piece around the struggle between staying true to yourself and living within the expectations placed on you by others.

originally created as a duet, the choreography explores two opposing voices within one person. the part that wants to let go and the part that keeps moving forward. in this video, i performed the piece alone, imagining the presence of the second dancer and expressing that internal dialogue through movement.

it has also been six years since i began sharing my work around the world. since then, dance has taken me to over 30 countries and connected me with so many people along the way.

thank you so much to everyone who has been part of this journey and supported my work🤍
