I still can’t believe I’m Mrs. Bolufe. The best day of our lives… and judging by everyone’s faces, one of the best days of theirs too. 🤍

It was one of the most authentic, emotional, and beautiful days of my life. We didn’t follow traditions or do things because that’s how they’re supposed to be done, we made every part of this wedding our own. It felt like our story being told from beginning to end.

The greatest gift wasn’t the wedding itself.. it was having all of our favorite people in one place and watching our friends and family become one. I’m so happy everyone got to witness and feel the love Raul and I have for each other. The amount of love we received that day is something we’ll carry with us forever. ✨

THANK YOU TO OUR VENDORS!!!! I love you all!!!! It takes a village!!!This day wouldn’t exist without you all. I will be forever grateful for all the love that was poured into this day 😭

this is your sign to make dinner at home 🤍 save this for the next time you have no idea what to cook. full recipe below!!

CHICKEN
• 3–4 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp hoisin
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
• 8 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp minced ginger
• 2–4 tsp sriracha
• Optional: 2 tsp sesame oil
• ½ lime
• Toasted white sesame seeds + green onions

Mix the marinade and let the chicken sit in it for 20–30 min in the fridge. Cook on medium high, in batches. I like mine extra, extra well done. Lower the heat if the sauce starts burning. Squeeze half a lime over it at the end and add sesame seeds and green onions.

CUCUMBER CARROT SALAD
• 1 English cucumber
• 2 carrots
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• Minced garlic + ginger, to taste
• 1 tsp chili paste
• Toasted white sesame seeds + green onions

Use a peeler for the cucumber and carrots, add all the dressing ingredients and mix everything together. Add sesame seeds + green onions at the end.

CILANTRO LIME RICE
• 2 cups jasmine rice
• 3 cups chicken bone broth, or follow your rice package’s ratio
• Salt, to taste
• A squeeze of lime
• Cilantro

Rinse the rice, add the broth and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low for about 15 min, then turn off the heat and leave covered for 10 min. Fluff and finish with lime + cilantro.
