POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

7 years ago, when I first joined dance, I was alone, scared, and I felt judged. I remember sitting alone at comps, sitting alone at practice, stretching by myself. And crying to my mom after every comp. Sometimes I still feel excluded because I’m super shy and have hardcore social anxiety. I felt like I wasn’t doing good enough because all my friends could just go up and talk to anyone. But I was just there. Up until this year, I’ve never felt so welcome and safe with these girls. Thank you so much for making me feel special. A little “hi” makes my day every time. This year was so unforgettable. I truely wish I could just have one more year with them. I love my team so much. by @jaylazortiz
