am I doing enough? will it be worth it?

these are the questions I sat with for the past 2 years, split between LA and SF, always running, always trying to achieve.

few months ago, I made a decision: I don’t have to keep running. I want to prioritize my health, my people, and my happiness.

today, I got featured in the top story in New York Times Technology. I think I got my answer.

There’s this saying in acting: “It takes 10 years to become an overnight success.” I’ve found the same is true in business and life.

All those career changes, from health sciences to acting to tech, taught me to be comfortable taking risks.

One year into commuting between LA and SF every week… and last week, @cnbc featured my journey 🥹

I didn’t expect it to reach over 158K people on LinkedIn or bring in 35+ new bookings for @startdoingwell

Truthfully, I’ve had so many moments of doubt about continuing my business, even though it’s something deeply close to my heart and I’ve seen the impact it’s had on our clients.

It means so much to me to see that the message resonated with others and gave me the confidence boost I needed to keep going 💛
