CLIENT RECAP
Johnie and I started together about 7 months ago with 2 meets under his belt. When we started the only goal was to level up everything he’s been doing. A complete 180 to his training and we found a formula that worked pretty early on. Started prep about 5 weeks out and with the momentum we already had plus a small 5-10lbs weight gain we had the keys to have a successful meet day. He was able to put up a 83lbs pr on squat, 28lbs pr on bench, and a 39lbs pr on dead’s we ended with a 146lbs total pr. One meet under our belt and the world on our hands I’m excited to see how much more we will put on in the next 7 months. by @jayleetrey

DNA legacy Team recap

Rico- It’s been 7 months since our last comp and and the amount of progress speaks for itself. Biggest goal he had was benching 400 on the platform and we were able to succeed on our second attempt. Small PR on squats to start our day and a huge deadlift pr to finish the day off.

Johnie- same with Jay it’s been 7 months since our last meet and we had such a good first one we had to do it again. Even with the variables got a good squat pr out and an even better bench pr. But finishing our day with him finally pulling 6 on the platform was a huge moment

Steven- 7 months since our last meet for a good offseason and Steven re-injured his back about a week and a half out. With that being said leaving the meet with a 17.5 kilo pr on the total is more than we could have asked for. Small pr here and there and a huge bench pr was enough for that 3rd place podium

Michael- chance and I had worked together for just a couple months before he started prep. Going into his first meet the goal is 9/9 and some prs and that’s exactly what he did. I’m very excited for his future

Easily one of the hottest meets I’ve done (s/o 2022 atl open iykyk) yet all of my guys fought through and still had amazing days. Also big thanks to @rico83kg for the graphics. Wanted to shoutout @felt2fit @sr.roids @lonniemc for the help on meet day it takes a village to be that successful 💜 by @jayleetrey

First, I Need And Want To Thank My Lord And Saviour For Yesterday. Truly And Humbly, I would have NOT made it through and finished this meet without HIM. Jesus, You Are Merciful Even When I Don’t Deserve. All Glory To The One In Existence. Your Grace Is Merciful.

Second, to @thebigt0m, @thauaban, I thank both of you beyond words. The trust, the encouragement, the drive to finish and to keep pushing forward was so critical on this day. From nutrition to execution to belief and determination was on full display. (S/o @katabasis_training too for helping us)

Third, to @felt2fit and @sr.roids for the warmup room tactics and getting us ready, thank you. On a busy day like yesterday, people don’t see the other things that happen behind the scenes to get a lifter ready to hit the platform.

To my TMS family (s/o @long.live.steven, @rico83kg, @954liftz, @chancellorlifts_ ), thank you. All of you. We are building something that’s beyond Georgia and we all know it and feel it. Keep going. Let’s keep pushing.

To my DTF Family (s/o @_harley.squats ) thank you. My second meet under the belt with yall and I’m grateful to lift next to people that genuinely care. From training to the platform.

To @dnastrengthga, the home of mine for the last year and change now, I’m grateful to lift amongst strong lifters and a community that continues to push the bar of excellence and to take a step further beyond. Grateful is an understatement.
The meet itself may not have been the best conditions, but to step on this platform again is never something I take for granted.

To @powerlifting_america_ga , thank you for giving us the opportunities to compete! @the_brzrker @valhalla.performance @odin_reachvalhalla

To my family and friends and close loved ones, this is not the performance I wanted for myself. I truly felt like I let myself down and also all of you. You tuned in far and wide and this is not the excellence I require of myself. This is not the end. There will be a better output and I can promise you that.
