The pain body will have you reaching for anything but yourself.

Anything to avoid sitting still long enough to actually feel.

A distraction.
A fleeting desire.
A pill.
A shot.
A dopamine hit.
Another person.
Another trend.
Another identity to wear for a moment instead of truly meeting your own soul.

And I think that’s why so many people struggle with real intimacy now.

Because intimacy requires presence.
Depth.
Self awareness.
Honesty.

You can feel when someone has actually sat with themselves.
When they’ve allowed life to humble them…
refine them…
crack them open instead of constantly trying to escape discomfort.

That kind of healing changes your nervous system.
Your discernment.
Your capacity to love.
Your ability to truly see another human.

Your soul gains extra antennas through the things you were willing to consciously walk through instead of bypass.

And no…
I don’t believe there are shortcuts to healing.

Only missed steps that eventually echo somewhere else.

In relationships.
In conflict.
In the inability to fully connect.
In the inability to stay present with love once it stops being fantasy and starts requiring depth.

Lately I’ve realized how much of healing is actually learning to trust your own soul again.

To stop blindly following things that disconnect you from yourself while calling it freedom.

Because honestly…
I see so many people abandoning their humanity in the name of avoiding pain.

But pain isn’t always punishment.
Sometimes it’s initiation.
Sometimes it’s the doorway back to yourself.

And I find it incredibly attractive when someone chooses the long road.

The honest road.
The detailed road.
The deeply human road.

The person willing to let life refine them instead of sedate them.

That’s Kingship to me.
That’s Queenship to me.

Not perfection.
Not performance.

Presence.

I’ve been feeling really sentimental lately.

Watching Nova turn five this month stirred something deep in me. Not because I miss the baby years… I truly love every season she grows into. But because every year, I get to know her a little more. I get to watch her become more of who she already is.

People always say that having children changes you. They were right. Somewhere along the way, while I thought I was raising her… she was raising parts of me too.

There is something so sacred about realizing my job isn’t to shape my daughter into who I think she should become. It’s to protect who she already is.

And who she is… is pretty incredible.

She is endlessly curious. She wants to know everything, talk about everything, and understand the world around her. She can turn a five-minute errand into a thirty-minute conversation because she notices people. She asks questions. She sees things other people walk right past.

One of my favorite things about her is the way she loves people. She has this beautiful way of stepping right into someone’s heart. Even the people who seem guarded or a little prickly somehow soften around her. She doesn’t seem to notice walls. She just sees people. It’s one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever witnessed.

She has the biggest imagination, the sweetest heart, and a joy that reminds me not to take life so seriously. She has stretched me, humbled me, and taught me more about patience, grace, wonder, and unconditional love than I ever could have learned on my own.

I know I haven’t been a perfect mom. But I hope, more than anything, she always grows up knowing she was deeply loved.

As I look toward this next chapter, my prayer isn’t that she becomes extraordinary. I already believe she is. My prayer is that the world never convinces her to become less of herself. That her kindness stays kind. That her wonder stays alive. That her compassion only grows. And that she always knows she was created exactly as she was meant to be.

What a gift it has been to be trusted with your heart.

You weren’t born just to dream about the life you want.

You were born to build it.

Brick by brick.
Choice by choice.
Boundary by boundary.

This Capricorn Full Moon feels different.

It doesn’t ask,
“What do you wish for?”

It asks,

“What are you actually building with your life?”

Not just in your career.

But in your relationships.

Your home.

Your habits.

Your health.

Your integrity.

The foundation beneath everything you say you want.

Capricorn isn’t interested in empty promises.

It values consistency.

Responsibility.

Devotion.

The quiet decisions no one applauds that eventually become the life everyone admires.

This Full Moon invites you to take an honest look at what’s sustainable…

and what you’ve simply outgrown.

Where have you been carrying responsibilities that don’t belong to you?

I woke up this morning and I could feel it.

Not in my thoughts.

In my blood.

I started my cycle today and it felt symbolic.

Like new blood moving through my veins.

Like something ancient in my lineage shifting.

We are not doing it the old way anymore.

The over giving.

The over functioning.

The comfort zones.

The survival patterns.

Those ways are dissolving.

And for the ones leaning in, even when it is hard, even when you are stretched to your edges, this is the initiation.

Because when you walk yourself to your edge and soften instead of harden, you become safe enough to hold others.

There is a powerful energetic shift happening right now.

This season is not about pushing.

It is about recalibration.

Pouring back into your own vessel.

Doubling down on self care.

Letting the old self die gently.

And here is what has been beautiful to witness.

As I have leaned deeper into my feminine.

As I stopped overexerting.

As I allowed myself to simply be…

Blessings have met me.

Little miracles.

Unexpected confirmations.

Resonance growing in ways I did not force.

I have never been more myself.

And with that clarity, I knew.

It is time.

If given the choice between belonging and being, most people choose belonging.

I understand why. It feels safer to be a type. A role. A label. A reflection of the group.

But there is a split happening.

One path is self-connected solitude.
The other is outsourced identity.

One asks you to feel your body.
The other asks you to perform.

Because intimacy does not come from image.
It comes from embodiment.

If you are not you, you are existing.
Half alive.
Borrowed energy.
Borrowed beliefs.
Borrowed power.

The kingdom of heaven is within.

So will you meet yourself there?
Or will you continue to outsource your authority just to belong?

Will you learn to contain your own frequency and stand in it, even if it means standing alone until what matches you finds you?

If you do not feel you, no one else can access what you have not first claimed.

There is nothing wrong with community.
But there is everything wrong with abandoning yourself to earn it.

You need a place to arrive.

A place where your body can land.
Where your breath doesn’t have to hurry.
Where you are not performing healing or proving depth.

Embodiment is not an idea.
It is staying.

Not in the sky.
Not in the concept of love.
But in the body you are living inside.
In the moment you choose not to leave yourself.

You are not here to perfect who you are.
You are here to inhabit yourself.

Your body.
Your voice.
Your frequency.
Your edges.

You are powerful in your design.

The truth you feel before you explain it.
The no that protects your life.
The yes that comes from being settled inside yourself.

Nothing about you is behind schedule.
Your timing belongs to you.

When you stop rushing your becoming, something holy happens.
Your nervous system softens.
Your voice steadies.
Your life begins to organize around what is real.

Each breath you stay with is medicine.

and keep wondering why it feels so rare.

Hear this clearly.
You are not asking for too much.
You are asking from a place most people have never visited long enough to build from.

There is a shift happening right now.
Not a loud one. Not a flashy one.
A quiet separation.

Between those willing to live in full truth
and those who still need masks to feel safe.

If you are like me,
you are not here for a boyfriend.
You are not here for a girlfriend.
You are not here for distraction, chemistry, or almost-love.

You are here preparing a throne.

And thrones are not built in convenience.
They are built in integrity.
In devotion.
In the long seasons where you choose authenticity
over companionship that costs you your soul.

Do not rush this season away.

This New Moon in Cancer isn’t soft…
It’s tender…
But it’s not easy…

It’s stirring the grief we’ve been too busy to feel…
The loneliness we’ve tried to outgrow…
The exhaustion we keep trying to hide…

For some of us, it’s showing up in our bodies…
missed cycles, heavy hearts, bloating, fatigue…
For others, it’s showing up in our relationships…
the ache of not being met, the silence that says everything…
the realization that we’ve been settling for surface when we are oceans…

Cancer rules the mother, the home, the womb…
and this lunation is asking:
Where have you been starving for safety?…
Not just shelter, but emotional safety…

Lately I’ve been in that quiet in-between…
