Do you think you could sell your home and buy your next home in less than 6 weeks? No?! Me neither, but that’s exactly what the Karth Family did! 🫶   Unexpectedly, they found a house that met all their needs! They questioned if it was even possible to sell and buy before this house sold to someone else. BUT, they went to look at it anyway and fell in love! Immediately, they reached out to me to see if this dream could become a reality!! Discussions were had, numbers were ran, and their offer was accepted!!   What’s crazy about all of this? There were no plans for a move (just yet), so their home was not “stage” ready to put on the market. I was in awe and am still in awe of all they accomplished in such a short time!!!   No joke, when I say, it felt like they had their current home ready to go on the market the next day after their offer was accepted! It gets better, not only did they get an offer right away on their home, they also closed 7 days early on both homes!   It’s been a month since their closing and I asked what’s their favorite part of their home so far, they quickly responded with “EVERYTHING! ...Space overall is the best part.”   What makes this closing more special is that a previous client referred the Karth Family to me. I honestly have the best clients!! My heart is full of gratitude for them each and every day. Without my clients and there referrals, I wouldn’t be here today, sharing another amazing story about a beautiful family that I was blessed to serve.  They are the reason why I do this – I loved every conversation with Ashley and Tim and I look forward to many more!   Once a client, always a client, as long as they will have me! A month ago, The Snodgrass Family, found their dream home! This was over a year in the making!!!   They asked the questions – they wanted to understand what the home-buying process entailed – they did their homework – together, we put a plan in place so that when the time was right, they would be ready and prepared to make an offer when they found the perfect home!   Sometimes plans change, especially as the market changes. When the spring market arrives, competition becomes a bigger part of the home-buying process. Because they had been planning and preparing, they chose to look sooner instead of waiting until spring, which put them at a better advantage!! When you have a team that works with you to help you make the best decisions for your family, you will always come out winning!   As First-Time Homebuyers, this whole process can be very emotional, especially when your offers are not being accepted. You start to feel defeated and hopeless. HOWEVER, I remind my clients that these no’s are because your home is still out there, waiting for YOU! It doesn’t take away the sadness or frustration, but man, when you finally hear YES, it makes it all worth it. Why? That YES means you found your HOME! The perfect home for you, for your family!   That’s exactly what happened for The Snodgrass Family! As they settle into their forever home, I wanted to know what they loved most so far! “The Whole House!”   I wouldn’t want it any other way for this sweet family! Knowing they are turning this house into their home and excited to make new memories with their family, is another reminder of why I do what I do! It truly brings me JOY to see the smiles and hear the happiness helping families, like this one! The texts, the emails, the conversations are what makes this so special! Why? I love the story of how Dani and I met! Will always be thankful for our clients that brought us together! So....sent this pic to McKinley when we were apart. I can count on her (almost always) to check in with me and send me love when she is out of town and I'm not with her ❤️ She is so good for my self-esteem...always lifting me up when I may not be feeling it. Trying to be funny, I sent her this pic and she responded with... "yesssss you look soooo hottt" 😂😂😂 that made me laugh out loud because I was trying to be silly...definitely didn't feel hot...yet she found a way to make me feel special! This past year has been a roller coaster and my girl has always had my back...at 12 years old! Even when I'm down, she reminds me I'm special, that I matter! In the past month, I have experienced/witnessed: 😭 McKinley being told she probably was out for the remainder of the day at a lax tourney due to calf strain. 🏃‍♀️ Patched her and she was back in the next game and they won! 🙄 I felt a bladder or UTI infection coming on. 😯 Patched and all symptoms gone within hours - I wasn't expecting that! 🧎‍♂️ A loved one tweaked knee and couldn't walk...had to crawl in bed and was in severe pain...nothing they have ever experienced. 🙌 Patched and was walking by next day! 👃 Ryder hit her face on bottom of a pool and bruised up her nose and forehead. 😍 Patched one day and pain and bruising gone. This doesn't even account for all the other wins - recovery from workouts, lacrosse tournaments, better sleep, more energy, no brain fog...the list goes on!
