I took this a couple days ago on the spot to get their honest answers, there is a lot of excitement and a lot of unknown ahead of us and I think we are all ready to fully embrace it all!

We’ve been watching lots of YouTube videos about all the wildlife we are about to encounter and learn about on our homeschool journey, the monkeys take the cake for the favorite!

We leave in the morning and can’t wait to take you all along with us✨🌞 by @jaymiehanna

Before / After

@jaymiehanna and I are so proud of this house and everything it took to get here.

We bought it 2.5 years ago on seller financing, made it our home, and then poured ourselves into renovating it. Now, it’s time to pass it on to its next owners.

This is the fifth time we’ve done this in the last decade: buy, live in it, renovate, and sell. Roughly every two years, with our primary-residence tax strategy in mind. It’s been rewarding, exhausting, and a huge part of our family’s story.

Jaymie designed every detail. Her incredible interior design skills and ability to see what a home could become are behind so much of what you see in these before-and-afters.

A huge thank-you to @aidanmhowerton and @amhconstruction2025 , along with @gavinjmonroe and Timberline Homes NW, for doing the remodel work and bringing that vision to life.

Now, @thesamnasralla and I, through our brokerage @roamresidential , are tasked with telling this home’s story, finding its next owners, and achieving the strongest sale price possible.

And, honestly, this one is shaping up to have the lowest ROI of any project we’ve done. The market is in a very different place today. Not every project ends up being your biggest financial win—but that doesn’t take away from how proud we are of what we created.

After five projects in ten years, we’re ready for a much-needed break. We’re looking forward to traveling the world with our two kids, slowing down, and making lifelong memories together.

We’ve spent a decade building homes and equity. Now we’re excited to spend a little more time building memories.

Here’s to this home’s next chapter—and ours.

Addicted to change!!

#bangs #whynot by @jaymiehanna

I’ve never known anybody to do holiday’s quite like my mom, she goes ALL OUT! Everybody in the neighborhood and beyond knows the house with all the decorations, people stop to stare while walking by, the kids all smile when they go by after school, she spends countless hours in the front yard just to help bring a little bit of joy to anyone who might see. It’s a never ending labor of love and one of my favorite parts of every holiday!
