Officially a marathoner y’all! The last slide is special to me and has changed my life. If you make one change next year, find a local run club and start waking up at ungodly hours to train for a half/full marathon. You will encounter nothing but impressive, driven individuals who will inspire you to push beyond limits you didn’t even know you had. I have never worked as hard for something as I did to cross that finish line after 26.2 miles, 932 feet of elevation, and (less than 😎) 4 hours of running. I couldn’t have done it without my Sole Mates and the amazing @5run2_atx squad!

And a special thank you to my love @arachaparro who walked 15,000 steps on an injured leg and spent $60 on Ubers chasing me around San Antonio to be my biggest fan. We shared tears of joy at the end and I will never forget that moment :) by @jaymoneysignen

Whistler 🇨🇦 Feb 28th, 2025

10 months ago, when Jaysen and I just started dating I told him I wanted to learn how to snowboard (or ski) for my birthday (side note: Jaysen said we were a snowboarding family, but my fear of breaking my tailbone said: “skiing it is” 🥹) , and we bought an epic pass in May 2024 lol, not even knowing if we would stay together for the next 10 months or not. But hoping we would lol.

Thankfully we did, and we did not only get through the process of me learning something new, but we had the best trip ever 🥹, and this is not an understatement, I was almost in tears in my paid ski lesson, beyond frustrated when out of nowhere I see from afar Jaysen (who I thought was doing some Blues, with his 15 years of experience) waving at me and cheering me up. He stuck with me 2 full days in the bunny hills with nothing but cheers and “babe, you’re a badass for not giving up” 🥹.

This is my birthday post, but I can only be grateful for what life brought to me after my 32nd birthday: Jaysen. Thanks for amazing 10 days of trip babe @jaymoneysignen , we might need some time apart 🫠

The videos: I could only get 1 from Jaysen since I would never make it through the runs he did lol, but he got my 1st day vs 2nd day. Very proud of not falling 🫡

This week was filled with not 1, but 2 incredible accomplishments for me. First, I ran my first (of many more to come) half marathon and crushed my pace goal! Second, I was given a promotion to step in a leadership role with my amazing company. When I decided to pack up and move from WA in 2020, it was not easy to leave my family, friends, and the comfort of home. But when I reflect on how far I’ve come since then, I know it was meant to be :) I mean I just ran 13.1 freaking miles… for fun! So excited for my future and where this beautiful life will take me next taken in Austin Texas by @jaymoneysignen

Some personal news: I have accepted a Project Manager position with a great General Contractor in Austin, TX, so @sean.falco.3, Trigger, and I will be packing up and moving on June 30th! I am going to miss so many people, mostly my mommy, but I couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter! And if any of you are ever in Austin - you’ll always have a place to stay :) by @jaymoneysignen
