That is a wrap on the Community Car Meet.

@gzox.adelaide , @goodyear.autocare and @saluxuryhire want to say a massive thank you to everyone who came down to Gouger Street today. The turnout, the cars, the energy, none of it goes unnoticed. This is exactly the kind of community all three of us are proud to be part of.

A massive thank you to @shakinentertainmentservies.adl for keeping the energy up all afternoon, and to @caffeinemachinesa for keeping everyone fuelled with great coffee on the day.

To every single person who showed up, brought their car and made the day what it was, thank you. It means everything.

This will not be the last one.

📍 142/150 Gouger St, Adelaide SA 5000

Quick DaVinci Resolve trick — the spotlight highlight effect.

3 tracks total. Original footage on the bottom.

Duplicate it onto the top track, open Fusion, use Magic Mask to isolate the part you want to highlight, track it in/out, then invert the matte.

Back in the Edit page, add a Solid Color, flatten it into a thin line, crank up the softness, set composite mode to Spotlight, then keyframe it to move where you want.

That's it — clean spotlight highlight, zero fancy plugins.

My simple colour grading workflow:

S-Log3 → CST → basic contrast adjust → HSV + saturation → secret sauce.

Nothing fancy, just consistency.

Former F1, future MotoGP track, covered in hundreds of cars. No ticket, no application. Just drive your pride and joy onto the tarmac, grab a coffee, bring your dog. Have fun
