a few years ago I heard from the Lord that my home would be in Him, at this point of life I didn’t know exactly what I was meant to do or where I would end up after graduating. these past couple of years I have had to heavily rely on the faithfulness of the Lord it hasn’t been easy but every step has resulted in knowing the everlasting wondrous love of Jesus. I wouldn’t trade it for the world. this season I have had the invitation to enter into the chambers of the Lords heart and be molded into the young woman He has intended me to be.

growing up I struggled with self image; I was always afraid to be viewed apart from the image that was already set for me.

when I met the love of Jesus my goal shifted from wanting to receive praise from man to only wanting to praise God out of pure and genuine love for His presence.

chasing after the praise of man would’ve resulted in a life lived in vain

we were never made to live from the place of pleasing man but pleasing Him.

the other day I was asked for a compelling story as to why a person should support me as I fundraise for school, my simple answer was that I was made to pursue God

the past couple of years the things that I taken a hold of up to this point has not made sense, but I am confident that I have known Jesus deeper each step of the way.

In this next season I am not looking to grow as a tool for ministry but a daughter of God. The more the cross is revealed to me I realize that whatever platform I take on— the workplace, church, nations, etc— my prayer is that people do not leave with a better view of who I am but who He is.

Hello everyone as I have been sharing I will be leaving to Dallas,Texas in August. I have spent the last couple of months serving at EveryHeart and now the Lord is shifting my direction to attend this School. Whatever happens through this it is my joy to be able to live this life with Jesus. Nothing will ever compare to it. I am not attending this school with a heart posture of filling an empty gap in my life but rather I am pursuing this because I believe in the bigger picture that God truly wants to make himself known on this Earth that is longing for Him. I believe that through this direction I can better position myself to be a ready and willing vessel for the Kingdom of God. This is in no way an encouragement to become nonchalant/numb to emotions when facing rejection but rather an invitation to discover Christ’s deep love for you that cannot be measured next to any other thing!

He wants to bring you in Himself

I’m reminded of a song that says “now I can see that your love is better than all the others that I’ve seen” and another “let go of your heart let go of your head and feel it now”. This is beautiful because it was never about you or them it’s about Him and His love for us that has been shown to the world. Shift your eyes. Turn them upon Jesus. by @jayonnaajohnson

the hidden place of Gods heart is something that has been grabbing my attention these last couple of months and I felt to share these words because I feel that He is not just drawing me but you as well to that place but there is a fear of being excluded from those around you, of being pointed out for something different, and something I have been learning is that this good! let them! Because as you seek the approval and eyes of your Father the eyes of those who look at you will also have a choice of shifting their eyes to Him! One of my favorite and marking verses in the Bible is when Jesus says “if I be lifted up I will draw all men unto my myself”. How beautiful is that?!!? To humble yourself and enter into a lowly place so that Christ may be exalted and people look to Him and not you!!! Ahhhhh it’s so freeing and right now in this hour God is looking, roaming the earth to see if there is anyone who would commit to Him!! Will you? Or will you commit to the thoughts and approval of your friends, family, and followers?!
It’s hard but it’s worth it and you are not alone He is with u til the end
