It all started with a text from @therefugeebaby letting me know that @whitelotusevents_ was going to honor me with “Director of the Decade.”

Leading up to the day, I fought with looping thoughts of denial. Wondering if I was worthy of an award like this yet.

But a conversation with @xjavlin helped remind me of the impact I’ve been able to make within our Asian American community & culture.

It wasn’t until a few days before the event that I finally started to realize: yea, this is an important moment to celebrate.

Not just because of the award, but because it came from my peers. And they're all going to be there.

From the bottle service section, VIP goodies, food and access, the great music from @theupliftersllc, seeing @inkkmannofficial in action hosting, to being surrounded by so many of my past clients.

That last part meant the most. It honestly felt like a reunion haha.

Seeing everyone again, celebrating each other, and realizing how many people I’ve crossed paths with throughout this journey made the whole night feel bigger than just an award.

What an amazing experience. Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their music and continues to build alongside me. taken in Era Lounge by @jayp.inkkd

Trời má! Who said Asians only know how to grind and work?? 😎 Not to flex, but wherever our team goes, we automatically “set the stage on fire” no need for a warning. Tonight a whole “empire” in white gathered together, looking like a summit for the fabulous elite, no joke. White Lotus Year 3 where so much long-forgotten talent is FINALLY getting called by name 🔥

Fair warning: the photos below might cause serious jealousy, brace yourselves 🫢 Because this is what happens when Asians stop with the fake humility and start living in our true, elite selves. Who still dares say we’re not enough?? Come on in and see 💅

Check out the pics first, video’s coming next lol! 😅

Thank you @iqlaservision for the best surgery of my life. I've been wearing glasses since the 1st grade and switched to contacts for the rest of the time. Cheers to the best investment of 2023.
