Mexico 🇲🇽 to Canada 🇨🇦 . On foot.

I don’t really know how to put the last five months into a caption. This trail gave me some of the most beautiful moments of my life and some of the hardest. It pushed me further than I thought I could go, introduced me to people I’ll never forget, and reminded me how much of this world I still want to see.

More than anything, the PCT proved something to me that I think we could all use a reminder of sometimes:

People are good.

From trail angels and complete strangers who helped me along the way, to the people I met on trail who became family, I experienced kindness over and over again.

And to everyone who followed this journey from home, THANK YOU. Every message, comment, and word of encouragement meant more than you probably realize. Knowing there were people out there rooting for me helped carry me through some of the harder days.

And a huge thank you to Fjällräven for believing in this journey and supporting me along the way. I’ve carried their gear for thousands of miles, through deserts, mountains, snow, smoke, rain and everything in between. I’m incredibly grateful to have had them as part of this story.

I started walking north five months ago not really knowing what this journey would become.

Today, I reached Canada.

Pacific Crest Trail. Mexico to Canada. Done.

What a life.
