It’s just all insanity at so many different levels, but we are gonna have fun with it and continue to provide our buyer and seller clients with the very best service imaginable!

If you’re thinking of making a move, be sure your agent not only knows all the latest rules, but also understands how to navigate through the new contracts and addendums to have everything work in your favor. The learning curve will be costly with the wrong representation!

Not every home is for every buyer. Location, price, amenities, etc can all make a huge difference as to whether you “feel it” or don’t. And then, there are the intangibles to consider. To each his own. Make it a great Sunday! taken in Bedford, Texas by @jaysellstx

Today’s buyers seriously need to stop hoping for rates to come down! For those of us who were working multiple offers, we remember how incredibly difficult it was to get a home with the competition that came with 3-4% rates.

Buy the house today while:

- sellers will negotiate on price
- sellers will pay buyer costs
- sellers will make repairs
- sellers are nicer
- sellers will accept contingencies

Reach out to get started!
