“I’ve been shot”

Flicks from the past week. Happy to say im locked in with the gym again, had a couple days where i didnt want to go but got it done regardless and im thankful to myself for that.

The only exception being leg days - but i have a weird foot injury that i should probably get checked out but havent and because of said injury leg days havent been happening :/

Hope everyone is well and having a good week, i appreciate you guys for the love i’ve been getting recently🙏

Bench days

Road to 115kg now - I thought the off week wouldve taken more of a toll but we have made progress, just about🤣.

Bench is a Saturday for me now, i realised i was probably benching a little fatigued because i used to do arms on saturdays and bench sundays🤦🏻‍♂️(probs doesnt make much difference tbh)

Weathers dropped so nice to be posted up in a big cosy tracky (@vqfit)

Enjoying the journey.

For the most part ive been consistent and locked in with gym (and content). Finally ticked 110kg bench off and have been enjoying the gym.

Been hit with a couple issues as of recent , back pain, a ongoing foot issue and man flu (its just a cold but man flu sounds more dramatic) so have been forced out of the gym a little bit but im eager to get back.

Was cool to see england v spain, seeing jude, yamal, kane, etc live was surreal.

If youve made it this far into my ted talk then i hope you have the best week ever.
