The Boston Celtics just pulled off the BIGGEST STEAL in the NBA with Payton Prichard 😳

According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, Boston has agreed to a 2-year, $44.2 MILLION extension with Payton Pritchard.

But here’s the CRAZY part.

Pritchard still has TWO YEARS remaining on his current contract, where he’ll make just $7.76 million and $8.3 million.

When you combine those salaries with his new extension, the Celtics are essentially paying Pritchard $60.26 MILLION over the next FOUR YEARS.

That’s an average of just $15 MILLION per season!

And we’re talking about a former Sixth Man of the Year who just averaged 17 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 5.2 assists as a starter last season.

With NBA salaries continuing to SKYROCKET, this contract could become one of the BIGGEST BARGAINS in basketball.

Did the Celtics just pull off one of the BEST contract extensions in the NBA 👀

A Kyrie Irving trade to the Detroit Pistons could BREAK the NBA and this might actually happen 🤯

After getting REJECTED in their pursuits of Kevin Durant and Kawhi Leonard, Detroit has its eyes on ANOTHER NBA superstar.

According to ESPN’s Vincent Goodwill, several members of the Pistons organization are reportedly BIG fans of Kyrie Irving, especially his shot creation and ability to play alongside ball-dominant superstars.

And imagine a backcourt featuring Kyrie Irving and Cade Cunningham.

Detroit already has an elite defensive identity, but adding one of the greatest ball handlers in NBA history could take its offense to ANOTHER LEVEL.

With Kyrie entering the final year of his $118 MILLION contract, this could be a situation worth watching.

Would Kyrie Irving and Cade Cunningham make the Pistons legitimate championship contenders 🤔

The contract drama between the Knicks and Karl Anthony Towns is getting UGLIER by the day 😭

The New York Knicks just BLINDSIDED Karl-Anthony Towns in front of the ENTIRE NBA with their latest contract decision.

After helping New York win its first championship in 53 YEARS, KAT is now publicly expressing his frustration with the organization.

The Knicks offered him a 4-year, $200 MILLION extension, despite him being eligible for up to $276 MILLION.

But now New York has announced it’s PAUSING ALL contract extension negotiations until later in the season.

And the CRAZY part? KAT apparently
wasn’t even informed beforehand.
When asked about the decision,

Towns responded:

“It was news to me. Very disappointed to say the least.”

With his $61 MILLION player option coming up next offseason, this situation could get even uglier.

Did the Knicks just make a MASSIVE mistake by disrespecting one of their championship stars 🤔

The Detroit Pistons just got REJECTED by both Kevin Durant and Kawhi Leonard 😭

According to ESPN’s Vincent Goodwill, Detroit tried to acquire BOTH Kevin Durant and Kawhi Leonardthis offseason to build a championship contender around Cade Cunningham.

But neither pursuit went anywhere.

Kawhi had ZERO interest in playing for Detroit, while the Houston Rockets refused to even discuss trading Kevin Durant.

After winning 60 games and securing the No. 1 seed in the East, the Pistons clearly wanted another superstar to take them to the next level.

Instead, Detroit ended up signing Jalen Duren to a 5-year, $200 MILLION deal, keeping its young core together.

Could the Pistons have won a championship with KD or Kawhi alongside Cade Cunningham 🤔

Brandin Podziemski just ROBBED the Golden State Warriors of $110 MILLION 😭

According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, Podziemski has agreed to a 5-year, $110 MILLION extension, averaging a ridiculous $22 MILLION per year.

And I’m sorry, but I just DON’T see how he’s worth that much right now.

Podziemski averaged just 13.8 points, 5.1 rebounds and 3.7 assists last season. In my opinion, he’s a decent starter and an above-average role player, NOT a $22 million player.

The only bright side? He’s just 23 years old, and if he takes a major leap over the next few seasons, this contract could eventually become a STEAL.

But right now, I think the Warriors just made a HORRIBLE financial decision.

Warriors fans, is Podziemski actually worth $110 MILLION 🤔

Kristaps Porzingis’ MYSTERIOUS injury just became the Warriors’ BIGGEST NIGHTMARE 😭

According to NBA insider Brett Siegel, Porzingis is now expected to MISS the start of the regular season as he remains sidelined indefinitely with a health issue.

And here’s the CRAZY part.

When Steve Kerr was asked whether the Warriors knew exactly what Porzingis was dealing with, his answer was simply “No.”

Golden State traded Jonathan Kuminga for Porzingis and then signed him to a 2-year, $40 MILLION deal this offseason.

With Jimmy Butler and Moses Moody also sidelined, the Warriors now have nearly $90 MILLION tied up in three unavailable players.

Did the Warriors make a MASSIVE mistake betting on Porzingis 🤔

A De’Aaron Fox trade to the Houston Rockets might actually happen 😳

Bleacher Report’s Greg Swartz proposed a BLOCKBUSTER trade that would send Fox to Houston in exchange for Fred VanVleet and Jabari Smith Jr.

And here’s where things get interesting.

According to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst, the Spurs internally believe Dylan Harper is already their SECOND-BEST PLAYER, despite having played just one NBA season.

With Stephon Castle and Dylan Harper emerging, San Antonio could potentially move on from Fox and his massive 4-year, $229 MILLION extension.

To be clear, this is a hypothetical trade proposal, not a reported negotiation.

Could De’Aaron Fox actually leave San Antonio after helping the Spurs reach the NBA Finals 👀

Draymond Green is getting absolutely COOKED for showing up to Warriors training camp looking like THIS 😭

After Golden State’s preseason opener, a video of Draymond went viral as fans immediately started questioning his conditioning.

Some called his shape “flat-out unacceptable,” while others joked that he has a “dad bod” and is now “built like Jokić.”

Draymond is 36 years old, making nearly $28 MILLION this season, and is entering the final year of his Warriors contract.

With Steph Curry still trying to win another championship, Golden State needs Draymond at his best.

Warriors fans, are you concerned about Draymond heading into this season 🤔

The New York Knicks just lowballed Karl-Anthony Towns by nearly $80 MILLION 😵‍💫

According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, New York offered KAT a 4-year, $200 million extension despite him being eligible for more than $276 million.

That’s roughly $77 MILLION less than his max.

And KAT isn’t hiding his frustration, saying contract talks “don’t look good” after helping the Knicks win their first championship in 53 years.

He says he’s willing to help keep the team together, but he also wants to feel properly valued.

Could this contract standoff eventually push KAT out of New York 🤔

Jalen Duren just lied to all of us and COMPLETELY changed his tone on the Detroit Pistons 😳

After months of contract drama, skipping media day and being surrounded by sign-and-trade rumors, Duren finally signed his 5-year, $200 MILLION deal.

And now he says:

“I am a Detroit Piston and I want to be a Piston for life.”

Duren even pushed back on reports that he wanted out, saying everything being heard was speculation and “nothing came from me.”

After ALL that drama just to stay in Detroit… did Duren make the right decision 🤔

The New York Knicks are about to SAVE James Wiseman’s NBA career 😳

The former No. 2 overall pick is the frontrunner for the Knicks’ final roster spot after impressing during training camp.

Wiseman was once supposed to be the Warriors’ next star, but injuries and inconsistent play completely derailed his career and he’s played just FIVE NBA games over the last two seasons.

Now, at only 25 years old, he could revive his career with the defending NBA champions.

Could the Knicks actually save James Wiseman’s career 🤔

LeBron James just broke the internet again by having the CRAZIEST commute in NBA history 😭

LeBron is planning to travel between his home in New York City and Philadelphia by HELICOPTER for 76ers games and practices this season.

The flight could cut a roughly 2-hour drive down to around 45 minutes, but a round trip could cost around $12,000.

Across an estimated 67 round trips, LeBron could potentially spend around $804,000 over the next TWO YEARS just commuting to work.

Forget traffic. LeBron is literally pulling up to work from the SKY.

Would you spend $800K to avoid that NYC-to-Philly commute 👀
