Another elite level athlete from the USA lands for a camp to prepare him for the upcome @ultimateathleticschampionship in Budapest 📍

We love to be trusted to work with professional athletes of this level to prepare them to perform at their best level 💯

It’s a trust we don’t take for granted, this time one of the best 100M Hurdlers in the world @jaythizz_ comes to work with us and will go through a mix of assessments and treatments, plus gym & track session to allow him to maximise is potential against the best in the world at the upcoming championships in Budapest 🔥

We will be going through his movement in the physio room, gym and use testing data before we implement our proven protocols to allow him to be at his best

Greatness knows what it can control, and what it can’t. There is an underlying calm that comes from knowing what belongs to you and what does not. The missed connection, the late arrival, the person in the lane next to you - none of it can be carried with you.

Jamar describes the moments before a race as almost a blackout. The noise disappears, thought disappears, and practice takes over.

After a chaotic arrival to Switzerland and a fatigue level of 14/20, @jaythizz_ found that place again, delivering a 13.28, finishing 3rd.

Onward and upward.

First and foremost I wanna say I got Crazy crazy love for @galathleticsbellinzona thank you for having me !!

Buttttt boyyyyy ouuuweeee I slept in the airport

missed my connecting flight

Spent 24 hours in the airport with 6 hours of sleep

Only had 10 hours of sleep in the last two days

And I made the most of it mannnn

Throughout all of that the fans and the meet showed so much love I will never forget
