HISTORIC MOMENT AT DMFAO LAST NIGHT 🚨🇯🇲🔥

Last night at Coney Island, dancehall history came full circle. 26 years ago, dancehall legend Bogle immortalized the iconic “Zip It Up” dance move alongside Baby Cham and Foxy Brown in the “Tables Will Turn” music video—inspiring an entire generation of dance culture worldwide.

Yesterday, on Mr. Bogle’s birthday, @dingdongravers pulled @thecham onto the DMFAO stage to bring that exact dance back to life. 🕊️✨

This right here is the heart and soul of DANCA Media and DMFAO: connecting generations, honoring the pioneers, and giving the culture the platform it deserves. To everyone who came out and brought the energy from start to finish—THANK YOU. This was only the beginning.

Stay tuned. DMFAO is officially the new home for dance culture. 📈💥

THERE'S A NEW SHERIFF IN TOWN!!

My brother @E.Raymond_ son of Haitian 🇭🇹 immigrants, raised in East Flatbush was just named NYC Sheriff by zohrankmamdani

The man who fought injustice from the inside is now in the room making the calls.

This is what it looks like when our community moves from fighting the system to running it.

Wishing Sheriff Raymond tremendous success as he takes on this important role serving the people of New York City.

So proud of you man!

Spread the word. 👑

Rest in Power, Ricardo @b2bent 🕊

Thank you, my brother — for your friendship, your faith, and your light. You helped shape my path without even knowing it.

The same event we did together "Royal Caribbean" (see next slide👈🏾) actually caught the attention of the owners of Club Element (iykyk).

That one moment became the spark that launched my career in nightlife, leading to some of the most unforgettable Fridays for thousands in the Caribbean community, for Years!

From that day until his last, Ricardo was Always supportive! Always smiling, Always encouraging, Always lighting up every room he walked into. And of course, always down for my wild promo antics.😩😂

(See next slide for never-before-seen footage of the Ran$om event.)

Yo! We laughed so hard til our stomachs hurt, both during filming and later watching the footage together. Those moments were magical ngl.

S/O to @KevinCrownMusic, and @Riggo2DWorld on this one as well!

His work ethic, focus, and attention to detail pushed me to level up — to work harder and strive higher. You were relentless in your pursuit of excellence, no matter what you touched.

This one hit hard, not gonna lie. But even through your toughest battles, you still found time to check in! Calling me from the hospital just to ask how I was doing.

That’s the kind of soul you were.

Beyond grateful to have called you my friend. You definitely left a mark that can’t be erased.

Rest in power, king. You will truly be missed, but your light lives on through every life you’ve touched. 🕊💫
