A big shout out to @silverfishservicecentre suspension feeling amazing it’s so easy to forget what traction can be on offer after a fresh service bike was hooking up💪😎

Throw in some fresh @ethirteencomponents Grappler 👉 Radial tyres and I’ve never had so much trust in the bike as I have now.

First race as a family, not as chilled as first planned with being rear ended on the motorway getting to the race (luckily All safe)

Good track for national champs,fun conditions in the Welsh sandpit 👌

Pretty intense pace to hold top to bottom, a few little mistakes leaving me out the back on results but happy with my commitment in sections.

Wow 🤯what a bummer the latest news about @woodysbikepark closing soon…but we celebrate the amazing years we have had and awesome amount of hours on this hill.

Riding & coaching ( @jaywilliamsonmtb ) meeting so many people from all over the country/ world, a healthy bike park which to current day is and has been so successful. (Not a sign of the times etc just land owners choice)

With that a huge Thankyou to John & sarah, Jasper, Pat, Wayne, Sid, and the many more that all took part in making Woodys so great, it was the dream a bike park next too the beach with big jumps and uplift with the hill open to watch everyone’s riding and send it in big trains.

Cheers to John for just pushing what could be done in a bike park, something Cornwall / the country hadn’t seen on this scale before at this time.

Sooo gutted but hope something can come along with time to try to match the high bar set by Woodys bike park.

Now we have until August 2nd to shred the hill until those berms can take no more!! 🤘

A shred down the old @dirtmagazine 1.04 track, fun fact some legends lit up this hill side to get the quickest time some years go, Gee atherton, Danny hart, Ratboy, GWIN, Marc beamount, Chris Kovarik, Matt simoonds and many more.

A tough track to link up & keep the flow in places, I used it today to get my eye in and some adjustments on the bike between runs…working on getting the big old XL rig turning better (puzzling) and trying the adjustments on the @ethirteencomponents Sidekick hub👈, pretty cool you don’t need any tools to make adjustments to the engagement during a ride.

Now for the Fox forks & shock to be sent of for some much needed TLC by the awesome team at @silverfishservicecentre 👊

This one popped up, little claim to fame 2015 Fort William UCI World Cup qualifying 57th & fastest through the speed trap into the motorway section 🤘

Bank holiday weekend doing a silly amount of ups and downs around the stunning @southernenduro champs stages, absolute scorcher 🔥🥵riding in the heat was tough going.

A few slide outs and didn’t get into the flow, my energy & long distance power have been on holiday😅 but fun weekend on the bike, great to catch up with riders from a slightly different discipline of Mtbing.

Thanks to the @southernenduro for putting on another top weekend & Congrats to @jvarndell63 for the Elite Win some pace on the boy👏
