Just a 🏳️‍⚧️ dude living his life, seeing the world and doing more of what makes him happy.

And next up… Bali 🌴

This time, you can come with me. I’m hosting a group trip to Bali where we’ll explore the island, experience the culture, make some fucking good memories and hopefully leave with a few new friends too.

The number one rule? Respect. Doesn’t matter who you are, how you identify or who you love. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly trip and I want everyone coming to feel safe, welcome and able to just be themselves.

Peptides are everywhere right now, but there’s a LOT I wish I understood before I ever started using them.

They’re not magic. More isn’t always better. And they definitely don’t replace training, nutrition, recovery or actually taking care of your health.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned is to track everything. When I started, what changed, how I’m feeling and how my body is responding over time.

That’s why I use @helloregimen to keep my protocols and daily check-ins organised in one place instead of trying to remember everything myself.

Do your research. Know what you’re using. Pay attention to your body. And don’t neglect the basics just because something new and exciting comes along.

What’s something YOU wish you knew before using peptides? 👇

How I made my top surgery scars WAY less visible 👇

It actually started before my surgery.

I focused on losing body fat beforehand, including reducing some of the fat around my chest. For me, this meant my chest/pec contour was more defined, which helped my surgeon plan the scar placement underneath my pecs.

Then came the part that probably mattered even more: aftercare + patience.

Once my incisions were fully healed and I was cleared to do scar care, I made it part of my routine. Morning and night, every single day. I personally used Bio-Oil and massaged my scars consistently for at least 6 months. Over time they became flatter, softer and much lighter.

And I did NOT rush back into heavy lifting.

I followed my surgeon’s recovery instructions, took my time and when I eventually went back to the gym, I started VERY light. Anything that created a strong pulling/stretching feeling across my chest, bench press, fly movements etc., I avoided until it felt comfortable again.

Then I slowly built everything back up.

And finally: BUILD YOUR PECS.

Training your chest won’t magically erase scars, but developing the pecs can make the scars sit more naturally within the contour of your chest. Train consistently, progressively overload, eat enough protein and give it time.

Scars can take a long fucking time to mature. Mine didn’t look like this overnight.

And obviously, everyone’s skin, genetics, surgical technique and healing are different. You can do everything “right” and still have more visible scars, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. This is simply what worked for me. by @jayxmoch

Who’s gonna tell the millions of cis men on TRT? 😂

Yes, I take testosterone because I’m trans. Other men take testosterone because their bodies don’t produce enough naturally. Different reasons, same hormone.

Taking testosterone doesn’t determine whether someone is a “real man.” And needing medication certainly doesn’t make anyone less of one.

But what I find even funnier is complete strangers thinking what I do with MY body is somehow their business.

So here’s a quick visual explanation:

This is my business: ⭕
This is your business: ⭕

See how they don’t need to overlap?

Worry about your own circle, bro. I’ve got mine handled. 🤝 by @jayxmoch
