One day you’re wondering how people have 10 years of experience… & the next you realize an entire decade flew by. Here’s to 10 years. 🤍

This industry has given me experiences I never could’ve imagined growing up (& sometimes still can’t believe they’re happening in real time). I’ve met some of the most #creative minds, world leaders, kind humans, and lifelong #friends in our chaotic little event industry.

The funniest part is that the moments I remember most aren’t the big headlining events. They’re the behind the scenes moments. The exhausted laughs at 2 AM, surviving on caffeine & vibes, airport delays, the tea, load ins/outs, and the people who somehow made the chaos feel like home.

If we’ve crossed paths over the last decade, thank you. Whether it was a 1 day event, a backstage conversation, a 5 AM call time, or 20,000 steps later trying to find food, every experience has left its mark on me.

I’m v grateful to the teams & agencies that have trusted me to represent them over the years. The opportunities, mentorship, challenges, friendships, and “can you hop on a flight?” texts have meant more than you know.

And to my parents, thank you!! I grew up watching you work endlessly, often 16-hour days (to this day), sacrificing comfort to create opportunities for our family. I truly don’t know where your energy comes from, but your discipline, courage, and work ethic shapes me completely. As the daughter of immigrants, I never take for granted the freedom I’ve had to create my own path forward because of your sacrifices.

To the people who became family in this industry: you know who you are. Some of you have been in my corner this entire decade, and I’m beyond thankful for the support, referrals, laughs, airport runs, life talks, and memories along the way.

10 years later and I still love the magic of bringing people together & creating experiences that leave an impact… even if I now need 3-5 business days alone in the mountains to recover. 😂

Here’s to the teams behind the scenes, the early call times, the crazy schedules, the thousands of steps, and the people who make this industry feel like home. 🤍 See you at the BOH! by @jayymeegee
