This post is a celebration: of winning a @thewebbyawards, relaunching my trailer company iNDi Trailers, and being nominated for an Emmy for the same project.I’ve been editing for over 13 years, and there are still moments when imposter syndrome creeps in. Awards don’t define your worth, but they can be a reminder that you’re on the right path. Growth, success, and confidence come from showing up, doing the work, and trusting your voice. I love storytelling. I love shaping moments. I love helping films feel like something.So iNDi Trailers became my reset.Not perfect. We have been busy. 🎬Wrapped Season 1 of a podcast called More and More. Four episodes, four trailers and a few social cutdowns to go with it.Then we finished a vertical BTS teaser for an upcoming documentary shot in the jungle. The footage is stunning. More on that one soon.With the help of my amazing editing team we knocked out two custom trailer kits for two indie films coming soon. SouthHaven and Black Cats directed by Mark Harris. Two completely different vibes and both are worth watching when they drop.And we wrapped a feature film kit for Skin Folk which is going to be a series. That one I’m really excited for y’all to see.More coming. In the beginning, I used to start projects with everything dumped into one folder, footage, files, elements, completely unorganized.It cost me a lot of time, and sometimes I even lost files I couldn’t get back.
